The Wedgeworth PTO is a non-profit organization devoted to the educational success of children, support of educators and staff, and promoting parent involvement in schools.
We aim to do this by...
Providing opportunities and resources to build strong children, parents, families, and communities.
Promoting a partnership between home, school, and community that promotes the social, emotional, and academic growth of our children.
Encouraging parent and teacher involvement in the PTO’s decision-making process and advocating for the care and protection of our children.
Likewise, our goals help us accomplish that mission:
To promote communication between students, faculty, and parents to enhance the educational environment.
To recruit volunteers and coordinate volunteer efforts for programs and projects that support and enrich the curriculum and educational goals of our school.
To cultivate a sense of community that creates unity and opportunities for partnership, friendship, and teamwork.
